Description

In August, 2011, we were visiting Newfoundland. In Northwest Newfoundland lies the town of Saint Anthonly and in Saint Anthony Bay we found many huge icebergs, all slowly melting after their long trip from the ice fields of Greenland. Along with being awed at the beauty, we were saddened because we knew the meaning of this here-to-for rare event: evidence of global warming in front of our eyes: a bittersweet experience.
